IF “Hurry!”
Summer weather is here.
…and Summer means: backyard BBQs, running through sprinklers, corn on the cob, the smell of citronella, sand between your toes and (everywhere else imaginable), sunglasses, lifeguards, baseball, mosquito, sun showers (and subsequently rainbows), swing sets, grass stains, fireworks, sunscreen in your eyes, watermelon and of course …the ice cream man!
I’m trying to really lock in to a specific “way I work formula” to make things easier. Instead of having to sit down, feel stressed out because things aren’t coming out the way I want, and things take me 500 years to do. Not a good thing. Though I’m sure even when I iron out my kinks there will still be kinks, It’s trial and error. It doesn’t help that since it’s been so nice out I have become so easily distracted, I just want to sit outside in the sun while eating watermelon.
Aside from the weather and my day job…I also have a 10 month old to take care of…

Haha so cute. Hooray ice cream man! And that is an extremely comfortable looking basset hound. Possibly even cuter than the little kids running after ice cream!

Ah, the days of ice cream trucks…
Some summer days, I can’t even imagine moving from my chair… but nothing gets me running like the sound of an approaching ice cream truck! Absolutely love the enthusiasm you’ve captured here.
